    Ensuring Data Transfer

    All documents and personal data are transmitted via an encrypted connection using TLS 1.3. This standard ensures that your data cannot be intercepted or read by third parties during transmission.

    Document Saving

    Your documents are stored on secure servers with strictly controlled access. Access to documents is granted exclusively to assigned certified translators and, if necessary, to our customer service. All servers are located within the European Union and are subject to European data protection legislation.

    Personal data processing

    We only process data essential for providing the service: name, contact details, and documents for translation. We use this data solely for processing your order and communicating with you. We never sell your data to third parties for marketing or other purposes.

    Data retention and deletion

    Documents are stored for a maximum of 30 days from the completion of an order in case of complaints or additional questions. After this period, they are automatically and irreversibly deleted from our servers. Upon your request, we can delete the documents at any time during this period.

    Your rights

    Pursuant to GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase (right to be forgotten), restrict processing, data portability, and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at office@legalizacnecentrum.sk.
